My dears, Please forgive me. It has been too long since my last post. School work and friendships have kept me very much occupied. Valentines Day came and past and our school had a four day holiday break as well. My lovely boyfriend took me all sorts of places for the occasion, including this delightful candy shop owned my our dear friend, 79 year old Kund in Solvang. The picture is my sweetheart amidst barrels of yummy candy.
Mid-terms are approaching us so quickly. I don't know how well I have been doing in my schoolwork, but I know that i've been much more involved and curious to explore the spiritual realm that I've been placed into in coming here to Westmont. I feel like I have had so many opportunities to grow as a woman before being given opportunities to grow academically. However, that has recently changed. God has really placed it in my heart to see how I could change my ways and integrate my spiritual growth into my communications major classes. Oh, what a revival it has been. More on that later.
