Recently, I have gotten my heart in a few rather tricky situations. sometimes the best thing to do is not talk it out but rather let the overwhelming thoughts simply ooze out of your mind until they are almost in an orbit around your head. the thoughts that stay remain to be what you decide to take action upon, as the thoughts that fade away remain to be memories so clouded by time that you believe they are simply twisted memories possibly pertaining to someone else's life.
